Our toll-free support center hours of operation are 5am-10pm PST, Monday through Friday, and 8am-3pm PST on Saturday-Sunday.

Please remember to provide us with your full name, date of birth, and telephone number. Our customer care representative will locate your account and help you place your order. Refills: If you are calling to refill an existing prescription, you do NOT need to send us the prescription again. Simply provide us with the details of what you want refilled.
New Prescriptions: If you are calling to order a new prescription or your prescription on file has expired, please remember to mail us your original prescription. Our address information is below:
